Wildleaf

Wildleaf is a master-planned community in Liberty Hill developed by DR Horton. The brief for the amenity site reflected the location: build a clubhouse that felt at home in Texas Hill Country. CMA delivered a 1,664-square-foot building featuring structural steel and timber construction, anchored by a covered pavilion and bathhouse.

The site is compact at 1.4 acres but full — a 3,055-square-foot pool with beach-style entry and integrated splash pad, playscape, and landscape designed to feel like an extension of the surrounding terrain.
