Joe Copeland brings 22 years of experience as a Senior Manager in the single-family community construction industry, having cultivated deep expertise across the many facets of building community amenities. Throughout his career, Joe has earned a solid reputation for his high attention to detail and dependability — qualities his clients rely on time and again for construction administration, contract review, and job cost estimates.

Joe has led numerous large-scale projects, managing teams of up to 125 members at a time. His strong leadership and steady presence make him a trusted asset on any project, from groundbreaking to completion.

Outside of work, Joe’s world revolves around family. He loves spending time with his wife Pascha and their two sons, Brock and Alex. On weekends you’re likely to find Joe trackside, cheering on Alex as he competes in motorsports… and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to that competitive drive. Brock is headed to college this fall, and Joe couldn’t be prouder.

Ray Green brings over two decades of expertise in geographic information systems and construction management to his role as Director of Operations at CMA, where he has led operations across Central Texas since 2020.

Ray’s career is rooted in the discipline of data and precision. He spent 13 years with Blanton & Associates (now part of ICF), rising to Geographic Information Systems Manager, where he sharpened his ability to manage complex projects and lead high-performing teams. Today, Ray applies that same detail-oriented mindset to construction management, specializing in amenity centers across the Austin and San Antonio markets.

A proud Texas A&M Aggie, Ray carries those values of hard work and integrity into everything he does. Outside of work, he and his wife, Debra, are devoted foodies, always on the hunt for the next great meal. Ray is a passionate movie buff and a believer that the best afternoons are spent at a great BBQ joint or wandering through a vineyard. He and Debra also treasure their time in Corpus Christi, where the slower pace and coastal breeze offer the perfect reset.

Rita Wilcox brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting and business management to her role at Construction Managers of Austin. She built a successful career in advertising before stepping in to run her late husband’s business, and came out of retirement to bring that experience to CMA, helping keep invoices, payments, and account details running smoothly for the whole team.

Rita enjoys building organized processes and making sure important financial information is handled accurately and on time. Just as much, she loves the enthusiasm and positivity of working alongside her younger colleagues and watching them grow.

At home, Rita is the proud mother of five children and two stepchildren, who’ve blessed her with 13 grandchildren and the name “Big Momma.” She’s married to her best friend, Trip Wilcox, who, true to his name, really is a trip. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, crafting, and playing Mahjong.

James “Jimmy” Kincaide has spent more than 25 years in construction, starting his career in residential construction and remodeling and working alongside just about every trade before beginning his electrical journey and earning his Master Electrician license. Today, he serves as a Senior Superintendent with Construction Managers of Austin, where he enjoys leading projects from start to finish and advising trades and other superintendents.
He takes pride in building quality structures and facilities for people to enjoy, solving problems, and working with great teams to bring each client’s vision to life.

Kenny Edgar has been a Construction Superintendent with CMA for the past five years, overseeing the construction of amenity centers for communities across Central Texas. He enjoys seeing projects come together from the ground up and takes pride in building quality spaces that people can enjoy for years to come.
He believes good communication, attention to detail, and working well with everyone involved are the keys to delivering a successful project.

Adrian Buesing was born and raised in Texas and has spent most of his life working in and around the construction industry. His passion for construction began at an early age while working for his father’s construction company whenever he had free time. From his early teens through the completion of his college education, he gained hands-on experience in framing, roofing, electrical work, plumbing, and construction management.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Science, building on the practical knowledge he’d already developed in the field. For the past five years, he has worked as a residential and commercial construction superintendent, overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring they’re completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Construction is more than a career for Adrian; it’s a craft, a responsibility, and something he genuinely enjoys doing every day.

Jaquelynn Ahlgrim graduated with a degree in Real Estate Finance and Development without knowing exactly which career path she wanted to pursue… until her first construction class changed everything. She was hooked on working alongside a team to take a project from an idea to a finished product, watching the work come together from start to finish.
She began her career in Land Development, building a foundation in site development, before transitioning into vertical construction with Construction Managers of Austin. As Sr. Project Manager, she’s grown her knowledge of commercial construction with every project, tackling new challenges alongside a team she values working with.
Outside of work, Jaquelynn stays active, travels often, and never turns down a good road trip. She spends her downtime relaxing with her husband and their fur babies, usually with a favorite drama series playing in the background.

Jeff “JJ” Jones brings more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience to Construction Managers of Austin, following a successful career in higher education at The University of Texas at Austin. He transitioned into construction project management with CMA in 2024, where he now coordinates communication and collaboration among clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel. He juggles just as many moving pieces and personalities as he did managing programs at UT, just with hard hats instead of syllabi.
In his spare time, JJ loves taking road trips with his family, attending University of Texas home football games (and holding his own as the office’s lone Longhorn among a sea of Aggies), and streaming a good crime drama.

Jason Newton graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and spent 28 years specializing in civil drafting and design before shifting into permitting and project management. Today, he oversees projects across CMA, Outback Masonry, and Just Add Water Pools, bringing a technical background few project managers can match… he’s usually the one who can spot a problem in the drawings before it ever becomes a problem in the field.
Jason is married and the proud father of a son. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, umpiring baseball games, golfing, and watching just about any baseball game he can find. His passion for teamwork, attention to detail, and love of the game carry over into both his professional and personal life.

Brock Copeland got his start at Construction Managers of Austin as an intern the summer he turned 16, returning for a second summer before graduating high school early in December 2025. He’s been working at CMA full-time ever since, now serving as Jr. Estimator, where he’s building on the hands-on, ground-level experience he picked up interning on job sites over the past few years.
Brock will continue his education at Southern Methodist University starting this fall, balancing his growing career with the next chapter of his education.
