CMA delivered the amenity complex as General Contractor — a 3,037-square-foot clubhouse with stone, stucco, and storefront glass, anchored by a community room, workout room, community kitchen, outdoor grills, and lounge area.
The clubhouse sits on 2.34 acres of amenity site with preserved tree canopy, parking, and an integrated playscape designed for everyday neighborhood life.
