Liberty Civil
Liberty Civil Construction came to CMA with a proposal that was a natural fit for us: build their new headquarters and equipment facility in Leander. As one of Central Texas’s largest civil construction firms, a 200-employee company that builds roads, utilities, and site infrastructure across the region, Liberty Civil knew exactly what good construction looks like. They needed a partner who could meet that bar.
The project is a two-building campus along Hero Way: an 8,850-square-foot office building anchoring the property, paired with a 7,600-square-foot equipment and storage facility. The site sits along the rapidly developing Hero Way corridor between Toll 183A and Ronald Reagan Boulevard, where Leander’s commercial growth has accelerated significantly since 2020.
We delivered the full scope on schedule, coordinating site work, building construction, and infrastructure to relocate Liberty Civil’s operations from Georgetown without disrupting their active project pipeline. The new headquarters has anchored continued commercial development along the corridor, helping spur additional growth in the area.
We would like to hear about it.
