Harvest Ridge

Harvest Ridge is a new master-planned community in Elgin, just east of Austin, developed by Brohn Homes. CMA was brought in to build the central amenity complex, a multi-acre gathering hub designed to serve as the neighborhood’s social heart.

The brief from Brohn was ambitious: deliver an amenity center that could serve as everything from a Saturday morning coffee spot to a weekend food truck festival. The result is a layered site that combines resort-style recreation with quieter community gathering spaces, anchored by a stone-and-cedar Welcome Center.

We delivered the full scope on schedule, coordinating across trades to integrate the buildings, pool, sports facilities, and landscape work into a single cohesive site.
