Flora

Flora is a master-planned community in Hutto, Texas, developed by Meritage Homes. CMA was selected to build the community’s central amenity complex, a multi-use site combining indoor gathering spaces, resort-style recreation, and outdoor amenities designed to anchor daily life for residents across the neighborhood.

The proposal called for an amenity package that could serve a range of community moments — morning workouts, afternoon swims, evening fire pit conversations, weekend birthday parties on the play lawn. The result is a layered site organized around a central clubhouse and community center, with outdoor amenities radiating into the surrounding landscape.

We delivered the full scope on schedule, coordinating the buildings, pool, splash pad, and landscape work as a single integrated project.
