Garages of the Americas

Garages of the Americas, better known as G.O.T.A., is an 18-acre luxury garage condo development for automotive enthusiasts, located directly across from the Circuit of the Americas Formula 1 track in southeast Travis County. CMA was selected to deliver the ground-up construction of this first-of-its-kind facility in Central Texas.

The proposal was specific: build a complex that performs like a private motorsports clubhouse, secures like a high-end commercial property, and functions like a master-planned community of “autominiums” for owners who treat their vehicles as serious investments. Climate-controlled garage units, ultra-wide drive lanes between buildings, dual-gated security, and a central clubhouse anchor the site.

We coordinated across structural, electrical, mechanical, security, and site work to deliver a facility where every detail, from individual unit metering to property-wide camera coverage, needed to perform from day one.
