Casetta Ranch is a master-planned community in Kyle, Texas, a fast-growing town just south of Austin along the I-35 corridor. CMA delivered the central amenity complex, designed as the neighborhood’s daily gathering spot for residents of all ages.

The amenity package layers resort-style recreation with the smaller, everyday spaces that make a neighborhood feel like home: a resort pool for weekend swims, a covered pavilion for shade and shared meals, open green spaces for play and events, and a neighborhood park with a washer toss court for casual afternoons.

Kyle is one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas, and Casetta Ranch’s amenity center was built to anchor the daily life of a community that’s still growing around it.
